FLEA MARKET POLICIES FOR TABLE RENTALS (Policies subject to change without notice) |

Dealers must pay before setting up. Spaces must be paid for at the time of reservation. (Cash only). No phone reservations allowed. Permanent table vendors must pay for their tables a week in advance in order to guarantee their space. Any unreserved tables are assigned by the office on Saturday and Sunday on a first come, first serve basis. |

No refunds. No credits. No rollovers. |

ALL payments must be made in the office. Please keep your receipt with you. |

To keep a reserved space on a permanent basis you can not miss more than 2 days in a 4-week period. |

No sub-leasing or loaning your space. |

Keep all items inside your white lines. |

No electric heaters or hot plates. |
 |
No pets allowed. |
 |
No loud or offensive music. No loud noise. |
 |
No riding bicycles. No skating or skateboards. No scooters. |

No Alcoholic beverages allowed or consumed on premises. |

All dealers are to clean their spaces before leaving. Take your unsold items with you. Break down your boxes and put them and your trash in the dumpsters located at the ends of each building. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRASH OR BOXES IN THE CENTER AISLE TRASH CANS. THESE ARE FOR CUSTOMERS AND GUESTS ONLY. Dealers who continually violate this policy will be fined. |

Out of town vendors can stay at the Best Western Hotel located on I-85, exit 54 on Pelham Road (just 10 minutes from the market) for a special rate of $35.00 per night with a receipt from the Barnyard Flea Market of Greer.
