FLEA MARKET POLICIES FOR TABLE RENTALS

Dealers must pay in advance Before setting up. Spaces must be paid for at the time of reservation. (Cash only.) No phone reservations allowed. Permanent table vendors must pay for their tables one week in advance in order to guarantee their space. Any unreserved tables are assigned by the office on Saturday and Sunday on a first come , first serve basis.

No refunds, No credits, No rollovers

All payments must be made in the office. Please keep your receipt with you.

To keep a reserved space on a permanent basis you can not miss more than (2) days in a 4 - week period to keep your permanent space. No sub-leasing or loaning of your space.

Keep all items inside your white lines.

No electric heaters or hot plates.

No loud or offensive music. No loud noise.

No pets allowed.

No riding bicycles.

No Alcoholic beverages allowed or consumed on premises.

All dealers are to clean their spaces before leaving. Take your unsold items with you. Break down your boxes and put them and your trash in the dumpsters located at the ends of each building. Do not put your trash or boxes in the center isle trash cans. These are for customers and guest only. Dealers who continually violate this policy will be fined.

Items You Can Not Sell In This Market

	ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION.
	NO B.B. GUNS, PELLET GUNS, PAINTBALL GUNS, DART GUNS, OR CROSS BOWS.
	NO DRINKS OR FOOD ITEMS MEANT FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES.
	NO HOME BAKED OR CANNED ITEMS UNLESS YOU HAVE A CURRENT FOOD SERVICE PERMIT FROM DHEC.
	NO POPPING CAPS, FIREWORKS, EXPLOSIVES,OR DANGEROUS CHEMICALS.NO COUNTERFEIT , PIRATED, BOOT-LEG OR STOLEN GOODS.
	NO X-RATED MOVIES OR MATERIALS OF ANY KIND.
	NO SNAKES, DANGEROUS OR VICIOUS ANIMALS, OR FARM ANIMALS,.
	NO DRUGS OR DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
	WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT ANYMORE VENDORS SELLING ANIMALS.
Rental Rates
Daily Rental Rates: 10’ x 10’ with minimum electricity $15/day or $120/month inside A-I $13/day or $104/month in J-M Outside tables $8/day or $64/month (no electricity)
Permanent Warehousing/Ministores 12’ x 15’ - $225/month 9.5’ x 15’ - $170/month 10’ x 20’ - $225/month
